A call for truth. For movement that feels like medicine. For space to just be. This retreat is your turning point.

A chance to rebuild from the inside out, in a room full of women who are done pretending. I’ll guide you through this journey.

This isn’t a vacation. It’s a reckoning - with love.

Early in my yoga journey, I went to my very first yoga studio. I didn’t even know yoga studios were a thing. I had only practiced at home—with a (clears throat) VHS tape.

So when I found a studio, I was thrilled at the opportunity to meet others who practiced yoga! I thought I’d walk into a community, feel the energy, and finally belong somewhere.

But that first visit? It set the tone for everything I now do as a teacher.

When I walked in, the front desk staff just checked me in and took my payment. No smile. No eye contact. No welcome. I stepped into the room not knowing what to do, where to put my mat, or even if I was in the right place. The teacher was chatting it up with her regulars, and I felt invisible.

That day, I made a promise:


If I ever got the chance, no one would feel invisible or unwelcome in my presence.(That was 20 years before starting to teach.)

Functional flow to feel what’s real and build strength with honesty. 8:00 AM – Meditation: Where Am I Not Being Honest with Myself?
A guided sit on inner inquiry. 8:30 AM – Breakfast
Eat like you love yourself. 10:30 AM – Philosophy Circle: Truth as a Practice
Unpack the layers of Satya in body, speech, and mind. Journal + discussion. 12:30 PM – Lunch + Free Time
Nervous system reset. Swim, nap, or wander. 3:00 PM – Pose Workshop: Truth in the Body
Learn to feel alignment, not force it. Hands-on feedback and exploration. 6:30 PM – Dinner Best convos are at the table with Sista’s. 8:00 PM – Raja + Yoga Nidra: The Quiet Truth Stillness and surrender.

DAY THREE: ONLY SPEND WHAT YOU WANT TO KEEP Theme: Brahmacharya (Conservation of Energy) 7:00 AM – Meditation: Spending Wisely
Check in with your energy habits. 7:30 AM – Breakfast
Fuel up with intention. 8:45 AM – Full-Day Excursion (Included in the Price): Hot Springs + Mountain Views
Nature teaches Brahmacharya best. Local artisan shopping, soaking, and surrender. 5:00 PM – Return + Freshen Up
Shower, journal, rest. 6:30 PM – Dinner
Nothing rushed. Nothing performative. 7:30 PM – Raja + Yoga Nidra: Energy, Recycled
Allow it all to settle.

Hi, I’m Vikky. I’ve been practicing yoga for 37 years, teaching for 14, and building poses from the inside out long before that was trendy. I curse sometimes, drink Diet Coke, and believe that movement, sisterhood, and honest conversation can change a woman’s life.

This retreat isn’t about escaping your world. It’s about finally arriving in it — fully.

It’s about coming home to the parts of you that have been quietly waiting to be seen, held, and honored.

 

We’ll move with purpose. Rest without guilt. Laugh until we cry. Breathe like it matters.

 

This is sacred space — and it’s also real as hell.
