Our 200 hour online yoga teacher training can be completed in two months. The pace of the program is meant to be completed in two months and our live Zoom meetings follow that pace of learning. But the time it takes to complete online yoga teacher training is really dependent upon you. However, if you need longer you have that option. If you need more time to complete your final paper and get ready for to teach your first online class this can be accomondated.

Doing is the strongest way of learning and becoming comfortable teaching yoga. For those that are joining me on the Hatha and Flow program, you will be certified in TWO styles of yoga (if you choose) - hatha and power flow. You walk away with a deeper understanding of yoga, yourself, the world and your practice. For those taking the KriYin, Raja and Yin programs you'll gain a profound knowledge of the deepest dimensions of Yoga.
