All schools that are registered by Yoga Alliance MUST submit their curriculam, training manual to be allowed to certifiy teachers. It only makes sense that you want a school that hs to be certified first before certifying others.

This ensures that guidelines, material and methods are presented in a well thoughtout, complete and accurate fashion. This holds even truer for on-line learning.

Being Yoga Alliance affiliated or approved is not required to teach yoga. However, Yoga Alliance is the largest alliance and network of yoga instructors and yoga schools, so being affiliated with Yoga Alliance is seen as a positive affiliation and gives you credibility as a yoga teacher. Yoga Alliance has created standards that yoga teacher trainees and yoga schools must meet in order for graduates and schools to register with YA.

Our 200 hour online yoga teacher training can be completed in two months. The pace of the program is meant to be completed in two months and our live Zoom meetings follow that pace of learning. But the time it takes to complete online yoga teacher training is really dependent upon you. However, if you need longer you have that option. If you need more time to complete your final paper and get ready for to teach your first online class this can be accomondated.

Tuition for all of our 200-hr certifications are $1,200. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required for your resevation into the session. We also offer payment plans so that you can join and pay as you go with NO ADDED COST TO TUITION. You just need some basic yoga essentials that you already likely own like a yoga mat, strap, and blocks. Plus, a dgigital device and connection to the internet. That's your whole investent.

I'm Vikky Santana and I have 35 years of practice expereince and 12 years of teaching expereince. Recently voted one of the Top Ten Yoga Teachers in South Florida. I understand the ancient teachings and business of Yoga. I am an expereinced 500-hr yoga teacher. My school has been accredited though Yoga Alliance for over 7 years and has a proven track record of certifying amazing, thoughful, loving and credible yoga teachers.

My philosophy is "learning yoga is a science. Teaching yoga is an art form." There is a lot of time to practice teaching throughout this whole program. Doing is the strongest way of learning and becoming comfortable teaching yoga.

For those that are joining me on the Hatha and Flow program, you will be certified in TWO styles of yoga (if you choose) - hatha and power flow. You walk away with a deeper understanding of yoga, yourself, the world and your practice.

For those taking the KriYin, Raja and Yin programs you'll gain a profound knowledge of the deepest dimensions of Yoga. Plus KriYin ,a meditative style of Yoga, can only be found at www.vikkysantana.com but needs to be shared with the world.
