Service Description
A fully clothed session on a cushioned futon that combines assisted stretching, focused pressure on tight and overworked areas, and long stretches of stillness where you simply rest and receive. You do none of the work. The stretching meets your body where it is, the pressure releases the places that have been holding, and the quiet passages let your nervous system settle all the way down. People tend to leave looser, calmer, and more at home in their bodies than when they walked in. Like all of this work, it supports how you feel and move. It is not medical treatment and does not replace care from your doctor.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a 50 percent refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the appointment or for no-shows. Rescheduling requests must be made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy above will apply. Sessions with Vikky are not a substitute for medical care. Please share any relevant injuries, surgeries, or conditions before your session so I can work with your body safely.
