Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment Policy Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a 50 percent refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the appointment or for no-shows. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is not available within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you need to reschedule within that window your appointment will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy above will apply.
