Private Yoga In Person
Your body, your pain, your plan. One hour of my full attention.
Service Description
I work with women over 50 who are dealing with pain, old injuries, and bodies that do not move the way they used to. Most of my private clients feel a difference in their first session. This is not a yoga class. There is no sequence to keep up with. We start by looking at the whole picture: how you move, how you sleep, where you hold stress, what your daily habits are doing to your body. Then I find what is not doing its job and give you the specific work that changes it. With 38 years of practice, over 13,000 teaching hours, and a background in biomechanics and Thai bodywork, I see things most teachers do not. If you have been told to stretch more, rest more, or just live with it, this is a different conversation. One hour, $100. You leave knowing exactly what to work on and why.
