200-HR Hatha and Flow Teaching Certification - Learn to Teach or Deepen Your Practice


Aim high and challenge yourself. Learn to teach the Love Set and Hot Power Flow. This program is vigorous. Our standards are high. Hatha is a set series and the foundation of all flow practices. Hot Power Flow is an athletic, heart pumping sequence created for all levels. Get certified to teach one or both. 


200-HR KriYin, Raja and Yin Teaching Certification Part I and II 

Part 1 - Living the Yoga Sutras - Centers on the study and application of the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali

It is available to ALL practitioners of Yoga wanting to deepen their practice and knowledge of Yoga. 

Students learn Sanskrit basics, philosophy, breathwork and meditation that are the foundations of Classical Yoga.

Graduates of the Philosophy component can elect to take a 200 Hour Certificate or continue to Part II.


Part II - Learn the Raja, KriYin and Yin sequences and the deeper meaning behind each pose.  

There is a strong focus on how the brain, nervous system are connected to breath. Attention on how to teach this style of

Yoga with confidence, passion and deep knowledge of philosophy.

A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your seat. Total cost of the program is $2,020 and your deposit is applied to your tuition.

All of our certifications are ON-LINE! Study at your own pace! This is excellent for those that have a full-time job, are tending to kids at home. The course is available when you are. You can take live classes or prerecroded classes to meet your practice requirements! It doesn't get more convenient.
