Applied Yogic Anatomy & Physiology

Are you a yoga teacher who needs a refresher in anatomy or a teacher-in-training who needs to complete an anatomy course for any type of 200-hour certification?   1. Learn key anatomical terms and about the nerves of the spine

  2. Myofascial release for the purpose of feeling your own anatomy (includes a practicum for each section of the body)

  3. A breakdown of the makeup of the human body including: bones, cartilage, capsules, ligaments, tendons, muscles, ball and socket joints, and synovial joints

  4. The different movements, rotations, and range of motion for each part of the body

  5. Complete with quizzes and a digital certification upon passing the final test at the end!
